Denver Realtor Promoted to Vice President as 8z Real Estate Grows

(DENVER, Colo., July 11, 2016) – 8z Real Estate is pleased to announce that Ryan Carter, the 8z Denver Central Team Leader, was recently promoted to the position of Vice President Denver Metro. In this newly created position, Ryan will continue to lead the 8z Denver Central team, but will also work directly with the 8z Team Leaders to help grow the businesses of all 8zers in the Denver metro.

8z CEO Lane Hornung commented, “Ryan has excelled as a Realtor, but I believe Ryan’s greatest strength is that he truly lives our core value of being helpful.

Ryan believes that since the real estate crash in 2008, real estate clients expect a higher level of service. Carter commented, “In fast moving markets, a home buyer or seller will have a better outcome when they work with an experienced, confident, and professional Realtor. Sellers can benefit from a significant swing in price, even in a hot market, when a home that is well marketed and merchandised. When inventory is limited, it creates tough waters for a buyer, so it is just as important to have an experienced agent navigate this competitive market and negotiate on their behalf. I believe that 8z shines as it has the support, mentorship, training, and systems to empower a rookie or veteran Realtor to deliver a better real estate experience for their clients.”

Carter anticipates 8z’s growth in the Denver metro area will comprise of hiring local Realtors for existing offices, and improving the volume of real estate sold per agent, and ultimately gaining more visibility for the 8z brand in the Denver metro area.

Carter has been a Realtor in the Denver since 2005. He was recognized with the 8zer award in 2012, an award that embodies what it means to be an 8zer. He has been the team leader for the 8z Denver Central team since 8z structured itself within a company model.
